  • Really enjoyed your video. We were in Paris in March 2007, and loved it. Your video allowed me to relieve our visit to this beautiful city. I could sympathize with your frustration with your last day. We had saved our Seine tour on Bateaux Mouches for our last night. However, our last day was miserable due to a driving, chilly rain all day & night. Instead of the river cruise, we opted to return to our warm hotel room after dinner. 13 years later I enjoyed your Seine tour.

  • Thanks Robert for making sure I never waste my time watching changing of the guard and the ridiculous cost for a look at London through dirty windows. Much appreciated. Great job as usual touring somewhere different from your usual. All really enjoyable.

  • Hi there! Dee here from Miami! My (Cuban) husband and I are thoroughly enjoying your videos which we discovered few days ago. During this pandemic we are traveling virtually with you – thank you! We both concur you sound like a college professor (MDC, FIU, UM?) and you look very familiar ????

  • Far too long a video and all the ads (also too many) were in the London section and none in the Paris section, biased or what!

  • OK, I think its time for a craft beer called "Travling Robert". Can you imagine?

  • Thank you. I feel as though I got a more realistic view of a tourist's view of the cities than on other travel videos. And you don't feel the need to show yourself in every single shot like a lot of Millennial travel bloggers!

  • The weather here in the Lowcountry today is unseasonably cold and cloudy. We visited France last June and London last December – this was a great video to put on during our quiet afternoon at home today! We loved the Shard – it was included in our London pass as was the Royal Observatory.

  • We saw the Queen and the Royal Family on our last trip to London. There was a parade, etc for her Official Birthday. We just stumbled into it on way to Churchill’s War Rooms. Dumb luck!

  • Did I comment on anything on this channel by now? don't think so. I must admit, I am a little bit overwhelmed! So but now I come!
Robert, your Videos, your Adventures, they show so much love for your (new) Homeland, it is overwhelming! Really! I can easily see and feel with you, how proud you are to be a new American Citizen. The way you bring us to the famous places on your travels, this is so adorable..and, please don´t laugh – it's just like a child with a new Toy, and this toy must be shown to anyone in the audience…lol…
I don´t know how to describe this properly – and so that it doesn´t appear ridiculous, You are an authentic Migrant – just like Feivel the Mouse who is soo enormous proud that he is in a Land without cats now…lol! Proud that he finally made it, and proud of all the famous places in his new home – country that he visits on every tour he makes. and just this is the reason that makes you so great! Greater than all other travelers here on youtube. Compared to you, they all appear a little bit "dull and pale"!
Go on Robert, and stay as great as you are!
I am aware that this video isn´t about the USA but I had something to say about your channel and your work!

  • Robert, great videos, I appreciate the humour but the only thing I have to say I feel sorry for are the two mentally ill people/poor people. You talk about one in this video he is talking to himself, this is a reality of the world. We don't know what happened to those people but it may not even be their fault they are like that. It doesn't matter though. Its sad and I feel bad for them.

A moment of family pride. My brother, Lee, designed the building you can see behind the Tower of London. The one with the inset windows. He was killed in 2005 along with his partner Samantha in the London Bombings. I’m proud that something he did reshaped the face of London.

  • London Pride, is a gorgeous Ale, I loved your video on London, coming from the UK and someone who knows London quite well, I really enjoyed your video. As a Brit and doing the tourist bit as a child a few times in London, there is a lot of fuss and crowds over very little. Most is over priced, I think its best to get out of the capital and see the real UK, so much to see outside London 🙂 I have been binge watching your videos during the lockdown here, they get 10/10 from me 🙂

  • Another great travel with Robert, still i prefer the natural beauty and climate of the western USA over the man made beauty of Europe.

  • Robert, you didn’t show any interaction with the French. When I was there in the late 90’s I found the staff at restaurants quite rude. It was not because we didn’t try to speak the language. My girlfriend at the time was an exchange student and fluent in French. I knew enough to order food and get by. The food, though for people that understand fine cooking, was mostly delicious.
If one likes architecture, the city is like heaven. Of course, the museums are tough to beat.
During that time it looked like there was an over abundance of scam artists and picpocketers.
Great video, man. You are a great cinematographer.

  • I recently took a trip to London in late May 2019. Weather was crisp but bearable. As you noticed there is just too much to see in a short time. The nautical museum and Cutty Sark were some of my most treasured in London. There is a fantastic collection of wooden hand carved mastheads that are just breathtaking. You have done an admirable job showing the highlights of Old London. I found a way to get to the loo for almost nothing. If you go to a pub and get a pint you are allowed to use the facilities free. What a place great beverages, and a free loo… Keep up the great work.
